The ceremony began with Dan B. Brown, President of Partners, offering an enthusiastic greeting and acknowledgment of the continuation of the tradition of excellence established by Cooper, since their founding in 1944. The Honorable Mayor Thomas M. Bernabei reciprocated with a warm Canton welcome to Mr. Brown, and other company leadership in attendance, including John T. Garvey, Vice President Brownfield and Remediation Services; John H. Crawford, Vice President Due Diligence and Land Development Services; John B. Chapman, Technical Director, Bryan J. Ashman, Director Engineering Services; Jerold E. Geib, Director Land Surveying Services; and Michelle A. English, Director Finance and Administration.

The celebration marked the first of many exciting ventures to come for Partners. Mr. Brown noted that “with the addition of Cooper’s 70 plus years of quality service in the engineering and surveying professions, we have expanded our service offerings to our existing and new clients, while continuing to bring our high quality environmental capabilities to Stark County”.
