Post-Acquisition Integration

On behalf of a newly-acquired private equity platform company bolt-on (an industrial services business), Partners’ employees conducted an EHS regulatory compliance assessment to identify potential regulatory non-compliance issues and gaps in the company’s existing EHS management program relative to the platform company’s. In the absence of a dedicated internal EHS resource, we were contracted to cost-effectively integrate and manage the company’s EHS program as an outsourced function.
