Partners provides environmental services to this international bank for projects throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.  Our services include reviewing documentation for accuracy, completeness, and validity of findings, and providing an evaluation of property conditions pursuant to applicable regulations, industry standard practices, and our experience with similar projects.  Partners’ third-party review ensures that all potential environmental risks or liabilities have been brought to the Client’s attention and/or addressed sufficiently.  Our conclusion letter is part of the closing documents for every project.
