Former St. Luke’s Hospital
The Saint Luke’s Hospital Complex closed in 1999. The New Village Corporation slated this complex for redevelopment for community improvement. The primary historical hospital structure was completely renovated in 2007. Partners performed the primary project oversight for environmental issues such as asbestos abatement and mercury remediation during the course of the project. The total campus redevelopment represents a $72 million reinvestment. Approximately 60,000 linear feet of Asbestos-Containing pipe insulation as well as other materials were removed from this facility.
