Defense Products Manufacturer

Partners assisted a defense products manufacturing company with environmental compliance and auditing.  After completing comprehensive environmental audits of three (3)  manufacturing facilities, Partners developed a strategy to address all regulatory compliance issues.

Partners developed standard programs and plans utilized by all of the facilities, customizing each to the specific operations, materials, and regulatory issues at each facility.  The following programs were developed for the facilities:

  • Hazardous Waste Contingency Plan
  • Hazardous Waste Training Plan
  • Hazardous Waste Evaluation Plan
  • Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan
  • Storm Water Notice of No Exposure
  • Air Permits and Emissions Tracking Spreadsheets
  • Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) Threshold Calculation and Emission Spreadsheets
  • SPCC and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Training

Partners also assisted with required regulatory reporting, including:

  • Annual Hazardous Waste Reporting
  • Chemical Inventory Reporting (Tier II)
  • TRI Form R Reporting
  • Air Emission Fee Reporting
  • Semi-Annual Industrial Waste Water Discharge Reports

Partners continues to provide assistance on a variety of issues on an ongoing basis, and is working with the Client's EHS personnel to develop ongoing programs to continue improving performance on environmental issues.
